Week of Sept. 23rd

Kindergarten is beginning to learn creative movement to various tempos using scarves.
They produce patterns that match the genre and tempo of the music.
In addition they are reinforcing their concept of distinguishing colors.

As we begin the season of fall in the month of September, we say goodbye to summer and
all of the activities the students enjoyed over the summer such as swimming.
Here they perform The Swimming Song with all of the strokes they learned at the pool and beach.

Third grade is learning movement to express emotion.
Here they are learning The Happy Song from the Learning Station
Action Songs: Healthy music for a child's heart, body and mind.

Several of our cantors help to lead the melodious singing in our first Liturgy of the 2019-2020
school year as we celebrated the Mass of the Holy Spirit together in community.
In addition our Student Council, Ambassadors and Flames of Service were newly installed.
